Primary Function:_
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:_
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Type memoranda, letters, narrative reports, and other items in final format and distribute correspondence
Record meeting minutes and handle confidential information with discretion
Schedule, book in and plan meetings and appointments
Carry out clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, and printing
Monitor level of supplies, inventory, handle shortages, assist with other company needs such as Uniform, Id's, and other company requirements
Assist and coordinate to other departments regarding paying of utility bills and other matters related
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Coordinate with other departments e.g. HR-- to ensure compliance with established policies
Assisting executives with project tasks
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
Answering phone calls
Book travel arrangements and coordinate with company events
Manage GM's and Business consultant's schedule, travel arrangements, appointments and coordinate with the other team members with discretion
Greet visitors and provide station information to visitors
