JOB DESCRIPTION:The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Business Development Office (BDO). This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently
.- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
- Assist in the day-to-day operational needs of the BDO.
Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required.- Assist the Business Development team in logistical arrangements for presentations, meetings, and events.
Facilitate communication and coordination between the BDO and other offices.
- Regularly liaise with Academic Units to gather information for prompt and accurate responses to inquiries from prospective students.
Collaborate with Academic Units to identify future steps and proactively address potential challenges in enrollment.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Business- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
