- Job Responsibilities and Skills Required
Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and overall office cleanliness.- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and documentation as required.
Maintain and update office records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records and handling routine HR inquiries.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including staff meetings, company events and client visits.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and clients.- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and unexpected tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or office manager is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
At least 1-2 years of experience in office management or administration.- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
