Perform various administrative tasks to support the team and ensure efficient office operations.- Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, letters, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Plan and oversee projects from conception to completion.
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
