Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Office Management:
Takes the lead supervising the upkeep and servicing of office equipment, administering office space, and guaranteeing a secure and pleasant work atmosphere. Responsibilities encompass organizing and preserving files, records, and documents, handling office inventory, and facilitating seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Efficiently manages, monitors, and maintains data through databases and records.
o Collaborates with colleagues to share information, ensuring that all team members stay updated on records management procedures and policies.
  • HR Recruitment and Organizational Development:
Oversees the entire recruitment process, from identifying needs, creating job descriptions and conducting interviews to evaluating candidate qualifications, with the aim of assembling a talented and diverse workforce that enhances the company's achievements.
  • Directs the execution of comprehensive organizational development strategies, prioritizing the enhancement of culture, employee engagement, and performance optimization to cultivate sustained growth and success for the company.
  • Customer Care:
Problem solving skills to resolve day-to-day challenges that may arise.
  • Act as a liaison for both internal and external stakeholders. Proficiently handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications proactively, while also demonstrating skill in scheduling meetings and appointments.
Take charge of efforts to enhance customer experience by analyzing customer concern patterns and developing measures to proactively mitigate issues from occurring
  • Engineering support and regulatory compliance:
Work together with cross-functional teams to deliver vital engineering support, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide regulatory compliance expertise, ensuring the smooth integration of solutions within the engineering sphere.
  • Billing and accounting support:
Produce accurate and punctual invoices for services rendered or products sold. Validate billing information to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing.
  • Create detailed quotes for repairs and additional features.
Handle the processing of purchase orders and execute bank fund transfers or transactions as necessary.
  • Job Qualifications:
At least five (5) years of experience in Office Administration or equivalent
  • Demonstrates proficiency in managing multiple tasks and achieving objectives with minimal errors.
Familiarity with construction and development industry terminology is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail and a high level of precision.
Collaborative team member with strong customer service abilities.
  • Maintains confidentiality of information while upholding rigorous standards of professionalism.
Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28,
  • 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
