Job Description

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator who will undertake administrative task and ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. And who is also self-motivated and trustworthy.

The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company office and contributes in driving sustainable growth. In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree/ Fresh Grad are welcome
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Very strong time management skills, communication skills, and ability to self-manage.
A detail oriented professional who can handle administrative support, clerical functions, and provide great morale to other staff members.
  • Purchase office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Previous experience in office administration is a strong plus.
