Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinate with various local government units/agencies in processing Business Permit Related, Licenses, and all other relevant regulatory permits.
Timely collect account receivables assigned for the day.- Delivers demand letter to clients with past due obligations.
Delivers proofing to clients for comments and/or approval;
- Picks up performance cert and other document such as contracts for the client's review or to furnish them their copies.
Bring documents to courier providers.- Perform general office or clerical work such as filing of materials, operating photocopiers.
Performs other related duties assigned from time to time.
Graduate of Business Admin or any related course.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Can maintain high confidentiality of any information gained.- Able to meet task scheduled on a daily basis.
Excellent navigating skills.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- Amenable to do field work most of the time.
Preferably living in Pasig City or nearby cities.
