SUMMARY
We are seeking a proficient Office 365 Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Office 365 environment to ensure secure, efficient, and seamless operation of cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools.
This role requires a strong technical background in Microsoft cloud technologies and a proactive approach to managing and optimizing O365 services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and support Office 365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online,
OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other related services.
- Manage user identities and access permissions through Azure Active Directory (AAD) and ensure
compliance with security policies and standards.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of O365 services and troubleshoot issues.
Configure and customize O365 applications to meet business requirements and improve user productivity.- Provide end-user support and training on Office 365 applications and features.
Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices related to Office 365 administration and usage.
- Stay current with Microsoft updates, new features, and industry best practices related to Office
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, or similar are a plus.- Proven experience as an Office 365 Administrator or similar role, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing O365 environments.
Strong knowledge of Office 365 services and applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD), PowerShell scripting, and automation for O365 administration tasks.
Solid understanding of email security, compliance, and governance within O365.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently and efficiently.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
