ROLE FUNCTION AND PURPOSE- Champions and embeds strong Health practices to the organization to achieve safe, sustainable, and reliable operations.
- Ensures compliance to all relevant Health requirements
- Implement a project Construction Safety and Health Program to the assigned project based on Philippine legal requirements and PMI EHS Management, Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines.
- To provide functional support on all Health related matters to the project
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates project Health assessment processes and coordinates the review and updating of the project Health Assessment.
- Review and assist the project site Pre-Employment Medical results requirements for Safety Orientation process and other project-related Heath Program.
- Coaches, mentors and serves as health adviser to the project management team on all Health matters.
- Manages compliance to PMI Health requirements from sub-contractors and coop.
- Ensures appropriate supplies (monitors only) of approved medications are available at the project.
- Identifies and coordinates project Health and Wellness training requirements.
- Attends daily toolbox meetings and facilitates Health and Wellness program as required.
- Acts as the key member of the EHS committee.
- Performs as medical team leader or key member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
- Maintains a close working relationship and effectively communicates with project ERT.
- Timely notification of incidents to EHS Division and Operations Management, up through the EHS chain of command.
- Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed.
- Assist all injured/sick employees to the nearest hospital/clinic 14. Provides appropriate notification, investigation, reporting, and recording of all Health related incidents.
- Manages the recording and retention of all project Health related documented information.
- Participates in project management team meetings as required.
- Any other responsibilities that may arise as instructed by direct supervisor or PMI Head Office.
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

- A comprehensive understanding of the requirements of the PMI EHS Management System, as well as the DOH requirements and standards.
- Knowledgeable on conducting inspections and internal audits, as well as detailed incident investigations and reports with appropriate corrective actions.
- QUALIFICATIONS
Deep understanding of legal and health guidelines
- Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies
- Graduate of Bachelors Science in Nursing with 2 years experience in construction health practices
- Registered Nurse with valid license and OHNAP training certificate holder
