Primary Responsibilities:- Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees to identify and address occupational health concerns.
Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being and prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.- Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses, and coordinate with external healthcare providers as needed.
Collaborate with management and human resources to develop and enforce policies and procedures related to occupational health and safety.
- Conduct investigations into workplace incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.- Educate employees on health and safety practices, including proper lifting techniques, ergonomics, and other preventive measures.
Administer immunizations and vaccinations, as needed, to protect employees from occupational hazards.
