Job Description Summary
Activities will consist of day-to-day change requests, project space planning and solution development, project support including client relationship manager and project coordination, site strategy support related to space and occupancy analysis, solution outcomes and utilization metrics.

About the Role:
- Maintain and analyze BU demand/supply information. Monitor BU demand and supply against approved plan.
- Work with the client on utilization data and sizing model information. Understand and incorporate workplace strategy in long-term plans.
- Identify tactical projects for implementation. Create current and forecasted Stack Plans.
- Develop space plans. Monitor unplanned activity. Develop and expand relationships with key client/site stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Employee Experience for planning. Coordinate with project manager to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scope.
About You
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline or field of study (i.e. Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management. Planning/Coordination, Facilities, Project or Construction Management, etc.)
- Minimum of five+ years experience in a corporate real estate environment.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations.
- Maintains a working knowledge of CAFM software, space management systems and relational database functionality. Proficient in MS Office Suite software applications
- Demonstrates proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts & design. Experienced in managing projects of varied scope and complexity.
