Job Descriptions:
- Oversees the development, portions, assembles, preparation and distribution of food production.
Ensures site compliance with regulatory standards- Ensure food safety and quality standard
Meets established standards of portion accuracy, attractiveness and sanitation. Measures and counts diabetic items in strict accordance with charts, measurements and menus.
- Supervise food production and evaluate the food quality.
Provides services required in a pleasant, helpful, and positive attitude to demonstrate positive customer service. Performs food service and other tasks assigned.- Complies the requirements of Food and Drugs Administration.
Performs other duties as assigned or directed or as required in order to meet the needs of the client/ customer
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition, Food Technology, Dietetics & Nutritional Sciences
With 1-2 yrs of bulk food production experience. FSCO/Food manager certificate is a plus.- Willing to assign to Pasig
