Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shopper Marketing Manager to join our trade marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive brand growth and enhance the customer experience. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to create impactful shopper marketing programs.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Activation and Visual Communication:
- Lead the development and implementation of in-store activation plans and visual communication strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all shopper touchpoints.
D4R (Design For The Retailer) - Top 5 Customers
- Collaborate with the top 5 customers to co-create omni-channel marketing plans.
- Tailor strategies to align with customer-specific goals and shopper insights.
IBP (Integrated Business Planning) - High Value Audiences
- Identify and target high-value audiences through data-driven insights.
- Develop personalized marketing initiatives that resonate with key shopper segments.
Activations - Sampling And Seasonal Thematics
- Plan and execute sampling programs and seasonal thematic campaigns.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of activations to optimize future initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Manage CRM strategies to foster customer loyalty and retention.
- Utilize CRM data to inform shopper marketing tactics and enhance the customer journey.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, brand management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful shopper marketing programs.
- Experience working with major retailers and understanding of the retail environment.
