MAIN PURPOSE:
To lead and implement best-in-class CSV nutrition programs to enhance and strengthen Nestls corporate reputation with external and internal stakeholders; to build recognition of Nestl as the leading NHW organization; to influence external NHW regulatory policies to facilitate positive business operations.
- Leads the implementation of the Nestl Wellness Campus program and consolidates all brand nutrition education and active lifestyle program under Nestl For Healthier Kids;
- Spearheads the implementation of the total Nestl For Healthier Kids market strategy and communication efforts to build the reputation of Nestl corporate and product brands;
- Manages engagement with key nutrition, education and children's health stakeholders and KOLs;
- Drives the multi-functional Nestl For Healthier Kids team to govern and guide the flagship implementation in the market aligned with the NHW priorities of the Zone and Nestl For Healthier Kids global team
KEY EXPERIENCES:
- University degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or life science field with nutrition specialization; Preferably M.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics credential (e.g., Registered Dietitian or equivalent)
- 3-5 years experience in the food industry, academe, public health nutrition organization and/or nutrition communications, and 3 years in Corporate Wellness /Corporate Affairs / Corporate Communications with other FMCG companies
- Knowledge of public health nutrition, nutrition assessment, nutrition survey, nutrition trend and consumer studies
- Experience in advocacy-type of job or interaction with public KOLs is a plus
- Knowledge of CODEX, FDA Regulations and Labelling Guidelines
- Understanding of product formulation and ingredients
- Experience in nutrition marketing and advertising
- Experience in developing educational materials (brand presentation deck, digital materials, PR talks, articles)
- Knowledge of public health nutrition, nutrition assessment, nutrition survey, nutrition trend and consumer studies
- Experience in conducting research and clinical studies, project management and leading cross-functional team
