National Service Training Program (NSTP) college instructor is responsible for in innovatively teaching the tertiary level students the national service training program and other related disciplines. Other essential job role are as follows:
- Develop interesting and comprehensive lesson plan and strategies aligned to educational standards and objectives.
- Create and execute the institution's learning objectives for its projects, activities, and programs.
- Collaborate on the execution of initiatives for the benefit and education of students with other relevant agencies and local government units.
- Creating and recommending internal trainings on Disaster Response and Risk Reduction methods.
- Fair and objective assessments of students through quizzes, examinations, projects, and practical.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Social Science or a related field.
- Full pledge Master Degree Holder or at least with 18 units in Master Degree.
- Licensed Professional Teacher is a plus but not required.
- With at least 2 years teaching experience or working with students.
- With at least 2 years experience in implementation and execution of social and community development programs.
- Excellent in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to teaching and lifelong learning.
