Job Purpose_
Qualification of line and process for new accounts and models under the new platform.

Job Summary_
Responsible for ensuring that correct systems, procedures and processes are being implemented in the line during debug/qualification of a new product/model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures that standard processes are being followed in accordance to customer requirements or specifications.
- Prepares technical report on items that are found to be non-compliant and thereby affecting the assembly process.
- Prepares diagram/flowcharts/process controls for the use of the production during debug of new product/model.
- Conduct quality planning/meeting for new product/model debug preparation or whenever there is process issues concerning quality encountered during debug.
- Corresponds with the customer through Project Leader regarding technical issues and concerns related to the assembly processes of the products.
- Initiates acquisition of tools and jigs needed in the qualification of new model/product.
- Prepares debug plan and Gantt chart.
- Prepares FMEA and DFM as required by customer.
- Prepares PPAP and APQP for new product/model under TL9000 and TL16949.
- Reviews production documents as part of preparation of debug of new models/product.
- Responsible for the NPI test engineering support of new accounts.
- Support setup, installation and debugging of tester thru the help of the customer or the tester developer.
