Responsible for the introduction of all new products & developing new process to expand company's service capability taking into account material, manpower, processes, equipment and capital requirements and for conducting technical evaluation and study on projects covering design improvement and cost reduction scheme.
Graduate of any Engineering Courses:
BS Industrial Engineering and/or BS Mechanical Engineering an Advantage.
- With at least 2 years working experience in the field of NPI
Familiar with Engineering Tools (Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Risk Management, etc).- Familiar to APQP is an advantage.
Experience in FPC/Automotive industry is an advantage.
- Experience as Group Leader or People Management is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in basic AutoCAD is an advantage.- Familiar with Problem Solving tools (FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
Willing to be assigned at LISP 1, Bo. Diezmo, City of Cabuyao, Laguna
