Job Qualification:- Has a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering or any related courses.
At least 2 years experience as NPI Engineer in an Electronic Manufacturing Industry- Knowledgeable in Pokeyoke, Kaizen and other manufacturing tools
Familiar with SPC, 7-QC Tools, DFT and FMEA and switching power supply mode
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Responsible for all MFG process, design, documentation, evaluation, qualification and improvements of new/transfer models/products.
Design/Identify MFG process/es fixtures as well as buy-off, qualifications and analysis Generate Production Management Plan
- Generate/design, review, release MFG process operation instruction
Conduct CIP and conduct process evaluation
