Role Profile:- College Graduate / Bachelor's degree in any field.
1-year solid Trainer Lead experience in a BPO set up (Training new hires and refresher training for tenured agents).- Has background in Inbound, Outbound, and Non-Voice services (knowledge on all lines of businesses is a plus).
Has experience for E-Commerce Account
- Knows how to conduct a Root Cause Analysis.
Basic Adult Training Delivery and Training Needs Analysis.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Exceptional motivational, interpersonal and customer service skills; Demonstrated leadership skills
- Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance
Must be amenable to shifting schedules.- Amenable to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig and Gilmore, Quezon City)
Create and develop training modules and manuals.- Attends calibration meetings with client, training and quality department to discuss updates, immediate issues and action plans.
Conduct recursive training based on the training need identification/analysis received from Operations/Quality.
- Develops training module, as necessary, for specialized training requirement; conducts research and gathers materials based on the specific need.
Keep training materials up-to-date.- Review course curricula and provide feedback for continuous development.
Responsible for conducting Process and Language Training to new hires, and evaluate their performance based on their competencies.
- Maintain attrition, and through put per process guidelines.
Document training reports and trackers.- Coaches and develop L&D Trainer and Trainee(s)
