Qualifications:- Completed High school (old or new curriculum)
College Graduate- Amenable to working onsite(office-based)
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
with BPO experience
Employ customer service systems when important.- Calculate and examine support levels when needed.
Make instructions to try to improve procedures and technological enhancements.
