Assist customers in setting up new accounts, managing existing accounts, and troubleshooting account-related problems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams for resolution.
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system database.- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering high-quality customer service.
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.- With a minimum of 6 months experience is required.
Able to work on-site (office-based).
- Possesses strong English communication skills.
Amenable to attending an on-site interview in Pasig.
