- Create memorable experiences by delivering outstanding service to both new and existing customers through various channels (email, chat, and social media).
- Translate product information and customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product and internal systems to efficiently assist customers.
- Foster a positive and uplifting atmosphere in every customer and team interaction.
