The Role
The Back Office -
Compliance Documentation Customer Support Specialist II is a meticulous and detail-oriented professional who supports the compliance process by reviewing, verifying, and documenting compliance-related information. This role is responsible for ensuring that documentation uploaded by associates aligns with company policies and compliance standards. The
Compliance Documentation Support Specialist II will analyze submitted documents, identify any missing or incorrect information, and communicate these findings through ticketing systems or email channels.
What you'll do:
- Review and validate submitted documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Evaluate each ticket to determine if there are missing or incorrect documents, ensuring that associates have followed the correct policy guidelines.
- Ensure Adherence to Policy: Confirm that all submissions follow the correct policies and procedures established by the partner
- Collaborate with the compliance and operations teams to identify areas for improvement in the documentation process and suggest solutions to streamline compliance workflows.
- Use email and ticketing systems to notify relevant staff of any missing or incorrect documents, requesting timely corrections or additional information.
- Maintain accurate records of documentation status and provide regular reports on ticket completion, common errors, and compliance metrics.
- Correspond via email with associates to request missing documents or clarify requirements when necessary, ensuring prompt follow-up to maintain compliance standards.
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years experience in compliance, documentation, or administrative roles, ideally within an educational or call center environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems and email communication.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple documentation reviews daily.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Capable of reviewing complex documentation and identifying policy adherence issues.
- Comfortable working within established procedures and ensuring accuracy in every step of the compliance process.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to process improvement and efficiency in compliance workflows.
