Answering incoming calls from customers
Sorting out customers inquiries or requests
Ensuring that customers requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
College Graduate / Associate Degree Graduate
At least 3 months Call Center Experience or Customer Facing Experience
Have Excellent communication skills
Willing to work on site
