Responsibilities:
- Attends non-technical TTT sessions from Nissan and conducts TTT training to OJ outsourced trainers.
- Develops fiscal year training master plan to determine training schedules, number of attendees, budget and resources required for the successful delivery of training modules.
- Plans out certification activity schedule to ensure target personnel certification are met.
- Coordinates with Field Service Managers to ensure required training attendees show up in the training.
- Tracks and monitors Dealer skill mix to determine training needs per Dealer personnel.
- Provides regular training and certification updates to Dealership management.
- Coordinates with other sections and departments to ensure all training resources are available prior to training delivery.
- Coordinates with Training Provider on the scheduled trainings, training resources, and training updates to ensure that training objectives are delivered.
- Tracks attendance of training.
- Communicates training details to Dealers
- Manages e-learning activities together with LMS provider to ensure all required information are posted in the LMS website, Dealer course booking is fully utilized, and that the LMS website is always up-to-date.
- Conducts training needs analysis and propose training requirements to OJ AS management.
- Reports training updates to OJ management
- Ensures that Technical Training Center (TRC) is well kept and that all needed resources for maintenance are available.
- Conducts audits of all training tools, equipment, and all other training resources.
- Acts as point person in the overall upkeep of TRC and security of all training tools, equipment and all other training resources.
- Delivers trainings as needed.
- Other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent course, with a professional License
- Proven Experience in Non Technical Training Organization in an Automotive Industry
- Strong organizational skill, A high level of Analytical ability, Ability to work independently and take initiatives to deliver objectives
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Amendable to report onsite on a weekday basis
