Job Description:_
- Conducts training needs analysis based on market, network needs, dealer personnel skill level, etc.
Develops appropriate training plan and training materials.- Proposes, and if approved by management, implements change in the current training plan or training materials to better answer demand.
Research on the current market trends in automotive and its development.
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders for more effective training facilitation.
Facilitates training and facilitates learning during training classes through activities such as quizzes, exams, role play, hands-on training, etc.- Assists supervisor in monitoring KPI performance and preparation of action plan if needed.
Assists supervisor in analyzing results of trainee feedback and preparation of appropriate action plan.
- Conducts dealer visits as needed for training and / or assessments.
Gathers and analyzes data on training performance; Creates and submits reports for conducted activities.- Manages Learning Management System for training records, access, and materials.
Manages and monitors contracts as specified by Internal Control and / or Legal Departments.
- Performs safety duties and responsibilities and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual.

Qualifications:_
- College Graduate bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills and must know how to drive.- Minimum 3 years in training and automotive.
