Duties and Responsibilities
We looking for experienced NOC Engineers who can work as part of the customers IT Department. You will be assigned on a 24/7 shifting schedule to support and conduct security monitoring, and will be a part of security operations team.
I. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and encourage continuous skill development.
II. Monitoring Tools Implementation
- Implementation and configuration of monitoring tools to ensure comprehensive coverage of the systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to evaluate and select appropriate monitoring solutions.
- Manage and maintain IT monitoring system service.
III. Incident and Problem Management:
- Real-time monitoring and analysis of IT systems, identifying and responding to incidents promptly.
- Implement effective incident response procedures to minimize downtime.
IV. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze performance metrics and trends to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with other IT departments to implement changes that enhance system performance.
V. Alert Management:
- Manage and refine alerting mechanisms to ensure timely notification of potential issues.
- Develop and implement escalation procedures for critical alerts.
VI. Collaboration with IT Security:
- Collaborate with the IT security team to align monitoring efforts with security policies and objectives.
- Implement monitoring strategies to detect and respond to security incidents.
VII. Problem Solving: Track and resolve system issues, ensuring stable system operation, and take preventive measures to reduce future problems.
VIII. Documentation: Write technical documents, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials, to ensure a thorough understanding of the system by the team

Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT monitoring
- In-depth knowledge of monitoring tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with IT security principles and incident response procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with JIRA to manage the projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Education-related to IT
- Work Experience - At least 1-3 year of experience
Other Details
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary Budget: Php 15-35k
