Role description: This role will own, develop and/or configure technical solutions within the Non Oracle applications portfolio for the respective domain.

Collaboration:
Collaborates and communicates with domain BPOs, BPEs, KBUs, and EU's.
Collaborates with OIM team and member of Design Authority.
Collaborates with OEA Data, Infrastructure & Integrations team and NOA Technical solution managers to ensures technical landscape adheres to standards.
Collaborates with third party software development partners.
Application Support & Maintenance:
Proactively assesses the technical landscape and ensures processes/integrations are optimally configured.
Supports Arcadis 3rd party vendors in assessing & validating proposed solutions and /or creates proposed solutions to address incidents/problems.
Key member of the testing for apps in collaboration with KBU.
Attends service calls with support and development partners to provide guidance on technical issues.
Joins third party sessions to actively influence product development and thereby improving business efficiency.
Application Enhancement & Continuous Improvement:
Collaborates with Product Owners, BPOs, BPEs, and OOO C/I team to design and deliver continuous improvement projects in the Non-Oracle applications portfolio.
Works on technical design. Reviews approach with the product owners and performs fit/gap analysis.
Participates in technical solution development, documentation and technical testing to ensure that solutions follow best design practices.
Vendor Management:
Reviews & approves proposed technical solutions created by 3rd parties.
Works with 3rd parties to ensure projects are delivered in within scope & budget.
Key Shared Accountabilities:
Partnership with other OEA Lanes, Teams, and NOA Domains to exceed business expectations.
Testing with NOA Domain Team and KBUs.
NOA portfolio integrations with DII team.
SOP and KBA development with O&Q team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with relevant domain application development.
Demonstrated experience in successfully participating in the design/delivery of technical changes and/or solutions in a global company with a complex business environment.
Experience with Application Development and/or configuration in the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI & Dataverse)
