Responsibilities:- Provide customer service support via non-voice, email support.
Provide customer support and assistance for gaming-related products or services- Deliver timely, accurate, and respectful answers to customers questions and issues
Gather and prepare customer data and generate accurate daily and monthly reports
- Identify new methods to further improve users customer support experience
High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- With a minimum of 1-year of BPO experience.
Able to work on-site (office-based).- Possesses strong English communication skills.
Amenable to attending an on-site interview in Pasig.
