Your Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Lexxus Medicare Member clients
Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist with account-related concerns- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on customer issues
College Graduates with or without experience- You should have completed two years in College. You should also have six months of customer service experience and one year of BPO experience.
Excellent English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
