Your role- Provide customer service regarding collection issues. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts- Monitor clients payments and prepare the statement of accounts
Handles customer accounts on a timely basis
- Provides excellent customer service to clients
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
- With a minimum of 6 months BPO experience is required.
Excellent communication skills.- Can work onsite (office-based).
Must be residing within Metro Manila, Rizal, or Cavite.
