Responsibilities:- Provide assistance to gamers via chat, email, or phone, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
Help users with account-related issues such as login problems, password resets, and account security.- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to game performance, connectivity, and in-game problems.
Gather and document player feedback, bug reports, and suggestions for game improvement.
- Update and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base with FAQs, guides, and troubleshooting tips for players.
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience.
Good English communication skills.- Ability to work on-site (office-based)
