Job Responsibilities:- Assist customers using a chat system or email
Provide timely responses to customer issues regarding product usage and warranties- Give detailed instructions or provide clarification about products, promos, prices, and other details to prospective and existing customers
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate.- With 2 years Technical Support experience in required.
Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite (office-based).
Willing to attend onsite interview in our main office (Pasig).
