• Responsibilities include:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues.

• Handle patient information and documentation accurately.

Assist with billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.

• Coordinate with healthcare providers for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and policies.

• Job Qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate

• With a minimum of 6 months BPO experience (required).

Excellent English communication skills

• Able to work onsite (office-based)

• Work Location:

Antipolo, Rizal

• Site location for Interview: Cubao, Quezon City
