About the Project

Job Social is launching an innovative Web3 project centered around NFTs. We're seeking an experienced Web3 Community Builder with a strong track record in successfully selling NFT projects to lead our community growth and NFT launch strategy.

Role Overview

As the Web3 Community Builder, you'll be responsible for creating and growing our community from zero to one, with a specific focus on driving interest and sales for our NFT project. You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to build a vibrant, engaged community and execute a successful NFT launch.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to build a community from scratch in the Web3 space, specifically around our NFT project

- Create and execute a comprehensive NFT sales strategy, including marketing, community engagement, and launch planning

- Establish and manage community channels across various platforms (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc.) to drive NFT awareness and sales

- Design and implement community programs that increase interest in and value of our NFTs

- Collaborate with the product team to ensure NFT utility aligns with community expectations and market trends

- Create educational content about our NFT project, its unique value proposition, and broader Web3 concepts

- Manage relationships with key community members, influencers, and potential NFT buyers in the Web3 space

- Plan and execute the NFT minting process, including whitelist management, gas optimization strategies, and post-sale engagement

- Track and analyze community metrics and NFT sales data to inform growth and retention strategies

Qualifications

- Proven experience in building Web3 communities from zero to one

- Demonstrated success in selling NFT projects, with specific examples of projects launched and sales metrics achieved

- Strong track record of growing and engaging online communities in the Web3 or crypto space

- Deep understanding of NFT market dynamics, pricing strategies, and launch mechanics

- Expertise in community management tools and platforms (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc.)

- Experience in creating and executing successful NFT marketing campaigns

- Experience organizing and running virtual events to promote NFT projects

Preferred Skills

- Background in digital art or collectibles markets

- Experience with smart contract development or working closely with blockchain developers

- Knowledge of NFT marketplaces and best practices for listing and promoting NFTs

- Familiarity with DeFi concepts and their potential integration with NFT projects
