Course Description_
The Professional Development Program for Corporate Health Nurse is a comprehensive induction initiative designed for newly licensed nurses, aiming to acquaint them with professional standards and responsibilities. It emphasizes honing practical decision-making skills, refining clinical expertise and fostering confidence in patient care, safety, risk assessment, prevention, and management. This program ensures a seamless integration into the organization, equipping new nurses with requisite knowledge, skills, and values essential for excelling in their roles and delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
The Professional Development Program spans 8 weeks, 10 days didactic lecture integrating online and classroom learning, along with clinical skills demonstration and scenario-based training, and a 6-week preceptor led clinical onsite training. The goal is to offer an enriched learning experience aligned with specific objectives. Participation in weekly classroom sessions is mandatory, involving lectures, discussions, and skills assessment. Completion of mandatory eLearning modules is also required. Upon successfully finishing the program, nurses will receive an electronic certificate.
