New Product Engineer (NPI)

Job Qualification

Educational Attainment: Bachelors of Science in Electronics Engineer or any equivalent Engineering Bachelor's Degree.

Skills:

• Ability to build relationship from floor level to management and foreign support.

Communicate requirements and facilitate instructions based on product demands.

• Has strong leadership skill to work with CFT.

Equip with technical knowledge.

• Work Experience:

Experience in NPI set-up and working with different business sections. At least 1 year experience in electronics manufacturing involves PCBA processing.

• Job Description:

New and transfer product handling.

• Material/ method phase in/out handling.

System maintenance/ documentation (ERP, Agile, Notes).

• Production resource coordination.

Lead CFT from preparation to closing of new products and product changes.

• NPI reports and issue tracking.

Other task may assigned by supervisor/ head.

• Others:

Can work under pressure and minimum supervision.
