Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to new Kumon franchisees and ensure business is operating smoothly.
Help develop strong business relationships with franchisees.- Strengthen franchise center development through regular center visits, center visit reports, and consultation with instructors.
Assess and provide recommendations on how the new franchisees can sustain and increase the profitability of their center.
Bachelor's degree holder of any related course.
- Willing to do extensive travel in the Philippines.
Has strong communication skills.- Knowledge on franchise operations is a definite advantage.
