New Business Processor

Job Summary

Responsible for the initial screening, encoding, processing and jet-screening of received life insurance applications; also responsible for the pairing of received documents to the application case file.

• Process Management

Receives, screens, and encodes new application submissions.

• Pairs received requirements with applications.

Performs jet-screening of applications.

• Prepares and forwards CXR, ECG and other diagnostic results to the medical consultant for interpretation.

Processes payments to medical consultant and investigation agencies.

• Processes payments to various seminars and convention payment.

Does audit of the encoded details of remotely processed applications submission.

• Prepare cash vouchers for premium deposit refund or encodes details in CBS for chargeback of premium payment.

Prepares and sends out cancellation/declination/postponement letter of client's application

• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Attends and participates in seminars, external trainings, and certifications relevant to one's professional development.

• Job Specifications

_Education/Work Experience:_

• College degree and at least 2 years working experience in new business (preferred but not required)

_Skills _

• Computer literate

LOMA 1 & 2 (preferred but not required)

• Attention to detail.

Pay: Php14,
