You will work US shifts for this role

OVERVIEW:

We are looking to hire a B2B/Enterprise Business Development Manager to be part of our Global Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts.

You will be selling our services to corporate training companies and L&D teams in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective clients via email, cold calling and LinkedIn
  • Build a pipeline of B2B clients in the US
  • Nurture and convert leads
  • Close deals and meet quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain trackers and reports and keep the CRM up to date

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets across B2B Business verticals
  • 4+ years of B2B/Enterprise experience with good knowledge in networking and working with stakeholders in HR and L&D senior leadership/CXO positions.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience doing cold outreach and making cold calls (Mandatory)
  • Experience in remote sales, selling in the US/Europe geography

Technical Skills:

  • CRM Tools like Hubspot, Salesforce is preferred
  • Lead gen and email automation tools - Apollo, Lusha, Zoominfo, Linkedin, Smartlead
