Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining networking hardware and software.- Set up network connections for new users and devices.
Ensure proper cabling and wiring setups.
- Monitor network performance and availability using network management tools.
Identify and respond to network alerts and issues promptly.- Assist in maintaining network security by monitoring and responding to security breaches.
Diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity, hardware, and software problems.
- Provide support to end-users experiencing network-related issues.
Escalate complex problems to senior network engineers as necessary.- Perform routine network maintenance tasks like updates, patches, and backups.
Assist in implementing network upgrades and improvements.
- Ensure network equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of related experience in Network support.- Willing to work even on weekends, holidays and in any time, he is needed.
Must be willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
