Demonstrate specialization on different Cisco Meraki technologies and equipment, providing support and recommendation to team of Network Administrator that would provide resolution of their issues.- Accept network support and technical escalation, ensure that issues are addressed in an appropriate fashion with timely follow-up.
Participate in management of network client relationships, analyzing technical needs, state and requirements of the company's network infrastructure.
- Maintain the Enterprise IT networking services (VPN, IPS, NAC, routers, switches, wireless infrastructure) including designing, implementing, and supporting network-related incidents and projects as required.
Analyze existing network documentation, recommend any improvement and changes to meet industry standard.- Responsible for providing expert familiarity with network, voice, routing, switching, security, and VPN technologies of our customers, which mainly involves the following devices:
Cisco Enterprise Devices
- Cisco Meraki Routers and Switches)
Cisco Meraki Firewalls- Cisco Meraki Access Points
Cisco VPN Client (L2TP and Cisco AnyConnect)
- Cisco Site-To-Site VPN (IKEv1 and IKEv2)
Provide off-hours and weekend support if an emergency arises.nigh shift schedule, weekends and PH holidays
. Perform other related job that will be assigned by the manager.
Strong knowledge with as Cisco equipment with hands-on experience from previous work is a must.
- Certification in Cisco (CCNA R&S, ECMS1, ECMS2, CMSSC, etc.) is a huge advantage.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.- Experience with service-provider/customer-facing environment is an advantage.
Can work on different shifts and occasional emergency calls.
- Capability to provide on-call support during escalations and emergencies.
Capability to render overtime during events that require backup restoration.
