SUMMARY: As a
Network Engineer at ATI, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting our clients and First Focus growing network infrastructure. This role involves a broad range of networking tasks including operational management, troubleshooting, and supporting network projects. You will work primarily with Aruba Solutions but will also be expected to have knowledge in a variety of networking technologies.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Network Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and support complex network infrastructures tailored to client needs and business goals.
- Operational Network Management: Manage and configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and resolve issues to minimize downtime, with a focus on Aruba Solutions.
Project Support:
Assist with network deployment and configuration for multiple clients and collaborate with pre-sales teams on network solutions.Network Maintenance & Upgrades:
Conduct regular maintenance, upgrades, and implement security measures to protect network infrastructure.Solution Architecture & Documentation: Support solution architecture, and create and maintain detailed documentation for network configurations and infrastructure.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3-4 years of technical experience with cloud, security, and network solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills.- Effective under pressure with rapid change and crisis management.
Proven in continuous improvement, quality, and project delivery.
- Excellent communication of technical concepts to all levels.
Strong customer management and negotiation skills.
