Server management- VOIP and Telecom systems management
Installs, upgrades, repairs, configures, tests, monitors, optimizes and supports all LAN/WAN network hardware.
- Develops and maintains network and systems architecture documentation.
Assists with developing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans and procedures.- Assists with maintaining a backup infrastructure and tests regularly to verify validity.
Maintains appropriate network and systems security policies and procedures.
- Maintains and monitors network security software and appliances and responds to alerts as needed.
Knowledge server management in Windows and Linux.- Knowledge in Windows and Linux Server OS platform
Other skills:- Knowledge in PC Hardware troubleshooting
Knowledge in CISCO Networking, CCNA Trainings
- Knowledge in Windows Server, File Server, Active Directory, CentOS, Virtualization, and Server Redundancy.
Qualifications:
- at least 3-4 SOLID years of experience in a BPO industry
Graduate of any course- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
Amenable to work full-time onsite ( Ortigas, Pasig )
