Network Administrator (Sky Box & Palo Alto)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain under operational conditions the current and new network infrastructure and security solutions i n respect of the Support processes

2. Build, deploy and administer/manage the current and new network infrastructure (including WAN, LAN, WLAN and network services like NLB . ..) and security solutions

3. Senior level of operational support on: - Troubleshooting, incidents and problem management, - Reporting and communication on activity, quality and performance of the network platforms and security solutions - Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures for supports.

4. Assist new implementations of all Network and Security Infrastructure components

5. Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the network platforms and security solutions

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Contribute to search and qualification to new solutions

2. Provide recommendations to highest level of expertise teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

Service Line: Infrastructure Shared Services Network Administrator

1. 3-7 years experience in infrastructure, with 3-5 years as Network Administrator

2. Strong experience in Cisco network products, Palo Alto, Riverbed, Skybox - Must have

3. Self motivated, eager to l earn in the IT profession

4. Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.

5. Customer service oriented

6. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

7. English speaking mandatory (French reading would be appreciated)

8. Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints

9. Willing to do some traveling

10 Must have experience in PALO ALTO - non nego
