PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain under operational conditions the current and new network infrastructure and security solutions i n respect of the Support processes
- Build, deploy and administer/manage the current and new network infrastructure (including WAN, LAN, WLAN and network services like NLB . ..) and security solutions
- Senior level of operational support on: - Troubleshooting, incidents and problem management, - Reporting and communication on activity, quality and performance of the network platforms and security solutions - Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures for supports.
- Assist new implementations of all Network and Security Infrastructure components
- Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the network platforms and security solutions
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to search and qualification to new solutions
- Provide recommendations to highest level of expertise teams
- Qualifications
Service Line: Infrastructure Shared Services Network Administrator
- 3-7 years experience in infrastructure, with 3-5 years as Network Administrator
- Strong experience in Cisco network products, Palo Alto, Riverbed, Skybox - Must have
- Self motivated, eager to l earn in the IT profession
- Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- English speaking mandatory (French reading would be appreciated)
- Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints
- Willing to do some traveling
10 Must have experience in PALO ALTO - non nego

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
