Functions:- Maintain under operational conditions the current and new network infrastructure and security solutions in respect of the Support processes
- Build, deploy and administer/manage the current and new network infrastructure (including WAN, LAN, WLAN and network services like NLB . ..) and security solutions
- Senior level of operational support on:
- Troubleshooting, incidents and problem management,
Reporting and communication on activity, quality and performance of the network platforms and security solutions- Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures for supports.
- Assist new implementations of all Network and Security Infrastructure components
- Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the network platforms and security solutions
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to search and qualification to new solutions
- Provide recommendations to highest level of expertise teams
- Qualifications:
Service Line: Infrastructure Shared Services Network Administrator (Skybox)
- 3-7 years experience in infrastructure, with 3-5 years as Network Administrator
Strong Knowledge and expereince of Skybox- Must have experience in PALO ALTO
