Company: BancNet- Role: NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
Primary responsible for managing the internal and external network of BancNet. This includes the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the network infrastructure which includes management of various network devices such as routers, modems, switches, firewalls, etc.
Ensures that the BancNet network is resilient, robust, and secure.
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology or related field
- WORK EXPERIENCE / TRAINING REQUIREMENT:
Minimum of 3 years of extensive experience in LAN/WAN Network Technologies, Network and Security Administration, and Network Security Standards
- Experience with Cisco switches, routers, firewall, and various routing protocols
Experience with PCI-DSS and other security-related certification- CCNA or CCNP certification is a plus.
- KNOWLEDGE/TECHNICAL SKILLS/ SOFT SKILLS
Must be very familiar with and is a practitioner of the network administration principles and discipline.- In-depth knowledge of router/switch/WIFI/cabling standards, network and security protocols, TCP/IP, OSI, MS Operating Systems, MS Office, Network Monitoring System
Should be able to evaluate, plan and implement the hardening, migration and upgrade of LAN and WAN network infrastructure.
- Knowledgeable in Information Security concepts
Very good communication skills- Highly motivated to learn about new technologies.
Must be highly analytical in resolving problems and be able to develop solutions in a quick and timely manner.
