Qualifications

PRIMARY TECHNICAL ABILITIES:

• Preferably CCNP Level

• Administration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks
  Routing protocols configuration and troubleshooting (BGP, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP )
  LAN technologies administration and troubleshooting (VRRP, VSS, STP )
  QoS mechanisms
  Wifi controllers and access points administration
  Load Balancer (NetScaler)

• Security Administration with Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls, Pulse remote access, Reverse Proxy
  Preferably Palo Alto certified
  SECONDARY TECHNICAL ABILITIES:

• Knowledge on Infrastructure Solutions (Servers, Storage )

• Knowledge i n ITIL framework

• WAN Compression and Optimization appliances Riverbed

• Telephony & Voice i nfrastructure administration (mainly Cisco)
  
  BEHAVIOR ABILITIES:

• 3-7 years experience i n i nfrastructure, with 3-5 years as Network Administrator

• Strong Knowledge of Cisco network products, Palo Alto, Riverbed

• Self motivated, eager to l earn i n the IT profession

• Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.

• Customer service oriented

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

• English speaking mandatory (French reading would be appreciated)

• Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints

• Willing to do some traveling
  Job Description
  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain under operational conditions the current and new network i nfrastructure and security solutions i n respect of the Support processes

• Build, deploy and administer/manage the current and new network i nfrastructure (including WAN, LAN, WLAN and network services l ike NLB . ..) and security solutions

• Senior l evel of operational support on:
  - Troubleshooting, i ncidents and problem management,
  - Reporting and communication on activity, quality and performance of the network platforms and security solutions
  - Ensure appropriate documentation, i ncluding procedures for supports.

• Assist new i mplementations of all Network and Security Infrastructure components

• Pro-active i n ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and l ife cycle over the network platforms and security solutions
  SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to search and qualification to new solutions

• Provide recommendations to highest l evel of expertise teams
