Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to support our digital banking client in maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure seamless connectivity and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support the client's digital banking services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking protocols, security best practices, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Manage the organization's LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.
• Being the first point of contact by responding to support emails and answering incoming support calls.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of network services.
• Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and managing incidents to minimize downtime.
• Responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance.
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as vendors, regulators, and auditors.
• Assisting the IT department and end-users with technical support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT (computer science, information technology or management information systems).
• Expertise in network protocols, routing, switching, network security, and telecommunications technologies.
• Experience with PABX systems, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), and unified communications solutions.
• Certifications such as CCNP, ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), or equivalent are desirable.
• Solid understanding of security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight periodic reporting deadlines.
